SHIPPING POLICY Last Updated: May 2025
SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently ship to all Australian states and territories and all regions of New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping may be available in the future.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of purchase. Processing time includes order verification and fraud checks, payment confirmation, quality checks, and packing and labelling. Processing days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMEFRAMES Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business Days
Australia: Via Australia Post, delivered to your address. Coverage: All Australian postcodes. New Zealand: Via NZ Post, delivered to your address. Coverage: All NZ addresses.
Timeframes: Processing: 5-7 business days | Transit: 5-10 business days | Total: 10-17 business days from order date
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping within Australia: FREE for all orders. Shipping to New Zealand: FREE for all orders. All shipping costs are included in your order total.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking number, and link to track your package. You can track your package using Australia Post (auspost.com.au/track) or NZ Post (track.nzpost.co.nz). We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
DELIVERY ADDRESS Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, reachable by postal services, and a residential or business address (not a PO Box, unless specified). If your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@sculptly.com. We may be able to redirect your package before it ships.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your Package: Items are carefully packed in branded packaging. Packaging is discreet and secure. Includes care instructions and sizing information. May include promotional materials or samples.
Delivery: Packages are left at your door or with a neighbour. Signature may be required for certain regions. Check your package immediately upon delivery.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS While we aim to deliver within our stated timeframes, delays can occur due to postal service delays, public holidays, customs clearance (for NZ), severe weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties. We will notify you if we become aware of significant delays.
If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days: check your tracking number, contact the postal service, and email us at support@getsculptly.com with your tracking number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Lost Packages: If your package doesn't arrive within 15 business days, check tracking as it may still be in transit, contact the postal service to file a claim, and email us at support@getsculptly.com with proof of non-delivery. We will work with the postal service to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging, contact us immediately at support@getsculptly.com, and provide photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
CUSTOMS (NEW ZEALAND) For orders shipped to New Zealand, packages may be subject to customs inspection, NZ GST may be added to your order, customs clearance delays may occur, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes. Estimated delivery times account for typical customs clearance. Unusual delays may occur during peak periods.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and email support@getsculptly.com with your new address. We will attempt to redirect your package, but cannot guarantee success if your order has already shipped.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. However, in some regions, signature may be required for security. If you require a signature, include a note in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout or contact us at support@getsculptly.com to add this to your order.
RESIDENTIAL VS COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES We can ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, work addresses, and PO Boxes (with prior approval). For PO Boxes, please contact us at support@getsculptly.com to confirm delivery.
RESHIPMENT REQUESTS If you request a reshipment to a different address, additional shipping costs may apply, this is considered a new order, and processing time will apply again. Contact us at support@getsculptly.com to arrange.
IMPORT RESTRICTIONS Ensure your country/region allows importation of shapewear. We are not responsible for packages seized by customs or prohibited items.
SHIPPING INSURANCE Standard shipping includes basic tracking. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value orders by contacting Australia Post or NZ Post directly. Sculptly does not provide insurance coverage.
RETURNS SHIPPING Return Postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, we made an error, or the item doesn't match the description.
How to Return: Contact support@getsculptly.com within 30 days. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Ship your item to us (costs are your responsibility) and include your order number in the package. Refund processed within 10 business days of receipt.
SHIPPING PARTNERS We use trusted delivery partners: Australia Post (Australia) and NZ Post (New Zealand). Both services are reliable and regularly monitored for performance.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If your package is marked as undeliverable, we will be notified by the postal service, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund. Return postage is your responsibility.
