- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Your item is eligible for return if:
- You are returning within 30 days of purchase
- The leggings are unworn and unwashed
- Items are in original, resaleable condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- The leggings have not been altered, cut, or modified
- There are no signs of wear, stains, or damage
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Worn or washed leggings
- Items without original tags
- Leggings with damage not caused by us
- Customised or personalised items
- Items that have been altered or cut
- RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us Email support@getsculptly.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions We will reply within 2 business days with:
- Return address
- Return authorisation number
- Shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Item
- Pack the leggings securely in original packaging
- Include your order number and return authorisation number
- Ship via Australia Post or NZ Post (tracking recommended)
- Keep your proof of postage
Step 4: We Receive and Inspect
- We inspect your return within 5 business days
- We confirm receipt via email
- If approved, we process your refund
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
- Refund processed within 10 business days of inspection
- Funds returned to original payment method
- You will receive refund confirmation via email

- Customer pays: For change of mind or sizing issues
- Sculptly pays: For defective items, quality issues, or our errors

- REFUND AMOUNTS
Full Refund Includes:
- Product purchase price
- GST (if applicable)
Not Refunded:
- Original shipping costs (unless due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (unless we pay)
- Custom duties or taxes (NZ orders)
- PAYMENT METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank transfer: 10 business days to appear
Contact your bank if the refund doesn't appear within this timeframe.
- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your leggings arrive defective or damaged:
What qualifies as defective:
- Seams coming apart
- Fabric tears or holes
- Broken stitching
- Faulty elastic
- Colour running or fading
- Material defects affecting fit or function
How to claim:
- Contact support@getsculptly.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect
- We will assess and either:
- Send a replacement at no cost
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Issue a full refund
We will send replacements via express shipping to make up for the inconvenience.
- SIZING ISSUES
We want you to have the perfect fit! If your Sculptly leggings don't fit:
Size Exchange (No cost to you):
- Contact us within 30 days
- We will send a replacement in a different size
- Return the original item using a prepaid label we provide
- Replacement shipped immediately
Full Refund (If exchange isn't suitable):
- If no size works, we offer a full refund
- Return the leggings unworn and in original packaging
- You pay return shipping costs

- CHANGE OF MIND
You have the right to change your mind within 30 days, even if there's nothing wrong with the item.
Change of Mind Returns:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- You pay for return shipping
- Refund issued minus original shipping costs is not refunded

Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" at checkout. Final Sale items:
- Cannot be returned
- Cannot be exchanged
- Are non-refundable
Check at checkout before purchasing if an item is marked Final Sale.
- DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged:
- Do not discard packaging
- Take photos of damage
- Email support@getsculptly.com with photos
- We will send a replacement or refund at no cost
- We handle the return shipping
- BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS

- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Return policies for these regions are outlined above.
